Lighthouse Hike (3-4h)
The lighthouse hike is for the young and the young at heart and lasts 3-4 hours. First, we pass by the grave-site of a roman catholic priest. Don’t worry; your experienced guide will explain all the history along the hike. Then, we’ll embark on a journey to the lighthouse. As we get the Lighthouse, the brave will climb to the top, and the relaxed will chill in by a shady local tamarind tree.
At the top of the 163 ft Lighthouse, the panoramic view spans for up to 19 miles across the island. It’s breathtakingly beautiful and perfect for pictures. You’ll have a bright look at the lakes that runs from north to south and all the coastlines.
Next, we’ll head down a narrow bushy path to discover the medicinal plants that locals used to cure a frequent cough and cold. The trail ends at a massive hole in the ground that turns into a cave. The fearless can head into the cave to search for the Buffy butterfly bats and spot some tall stalactites and stalagmites.
